No material shall be posted on or transmitted or caused to be transmitted or delivered which 1) violates or infringes in any way upon the intellectual or property rights of others; 2) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable; or 3) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any law.
Further, you agree that you shall not engage in any conduct or undertake any conduct that, in the judgment of CKWF or its subsidiaries or affiliates, may restrict or inhibit any other person from using or enjoying the Site, products, or services. CKWF does not authorize any representative or other person to make any covenants, representation, or warranties on behalf of CKWF with respect to any merchandise or products.
